Banned sites on catproxies

Before purchasing or using any CatProxies service, you are responsible for verifying that your target website, platform, or application is accessible through the selected proxy product. Restrictions vary depending on the proxy type.

We strongly recommend testing your target use case with a smaller plan before purchasing larger packages.

Global Network Restrictions

The following restrictions apply across all proxy products unless stated otherwise:

1. Government websites and all .gov domains
2. Banking and financial institution websites
3. Email-related ports, including but not limited to:
4. Port 25
5. Port 110
6. Port 143
7. Port 993
8. Port 995

These restrictions exist for compliance, abuse prevention, and network stability reasons.

Product-Specific Restrictions

Mobile Proxies

Mobile proxies include additional restrictions due to carrier-level policies and abuse prevention systems.

Blocked categories include:

1. Financial services and payment platforms
2. PayPal
3. Stripe
4. Online banking portals
5. Cryptocurrency exchanges and related services
6. Government websites
7. Major streaming platforms such as Netflix
8. Certain high-risk services and gaming platforms

Only the following ports are available on mobile proxies:

1. Port 80 (HTTP)
2. Port 443 (HTTPS)

All other ports are blocked.

Standard Residential Proxies

Standard residential proxies currently do not block specific websites or platforms.

Premium Residential Proxies

Access to certain categories of websites and services is restricted on Premium Residential Proxies. Restricted categories include, but are not limited to:

1. Banking and financial institution websites
2. Government websites and .gov domains
3. Email-related ports
4. Streaming-related domains
5. Gambling, lotteries, crypto, and NFT sites
6. Certain high-risk services and gaming platforms

This list is not exhaustive. Additional domains, ports, or services may be restricted without prior notice, and the restricted set may change at any time. CatProxies does not guarantee access to any specific website, domain, or service. Suitability for a given use case cannot be guaranteed prior to purchase, and access restrictions do not constitute grounds for refunds.

Unlimited Residential Proxies

Unlimited residential proxies only restrict:

1. Banking and financial institution websites
2. Government websites and .gov domains
3. Email-related ports

No additional website restrictions are currently enforced.

Datacenter Proxies

Datacenter proxies only restrict:

1. Banking and financial institution websites
2. Government websites and .gov domains
3. Email-related ports

No additional website restrictions are currently enforced.

Concurrent connection limits

All datacenter plans include a default cap of 1,000 concurrent connections (threads), regardless of plan size or bandwidth allocation. This limit applies across the entire proxy list on the account.

Plans with the higher concurrency add-on receive 10 concurrent connections per proxy. For example, a 1,000-proxy plan with the add-on allows up to 10,000 concurrent connections in total.

IPv6 Proxies

Some Microsoft services are blocked on our IPv6 proxy products, depending on location.

IPv6 Compatibility Information

Not all websites support IPv6 connectivity. Before purchasing any IPv6 proxy package, you should verify that your target website supports IPv6 access.

Proxy compatibility depends on many external factors outside our control, including:

1. Target website restrictions
2. Anti-bot systems
3. ASN and IP filtering
4. Geo-blocking
5. Session behavior
6. IPv4 or IPv6 support
7. Carrier and upstream network policies

Because of this, we strongly recommend testing with smaller plans before purchasing larger packages.

Refunds are generally not issued for incompatibility with specific websites, platforms, or use cases that were not tested beforehand.
