What Is DuoPlus?
DuoPlus is a cloud phone service. Each cloud phone is an Android device hosted in the cloud, which DuoPlus says runs on real ARM hardware, and it opens from a PC or mobile browser without installing anything, or from the DuoPlus desktop client. The idea is that one person can run many phones and app accounts from a single computer instead of buying physical phones. DuoPlus is operated by DUOPLUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore.
Cloud phones run Android 10, 11, 12, or 15, and DuoPlus describes itself as the first provider to offer Android 15 cloud phones. There is no iOS version. Each phone has its own environment and storage, its own MAC address, and a device model picked from hundreds of models, and a one-click reskin switches the phone to a new device environment. SIM card, mobile base station, and GPS data can be simulated for more than 150 countries. The phone's location, SIM data, time zone, and language can be set by hand or matched to the proxy IP.
For running many phones at once, DuoPlus includes bulk app install, uninstall, and launch, an operation sync feature that repeats actions across phones, RPA templates for automated tasks, an API, Android ADB access, and team sharing with member permissions. Cloud phones have no real SIM card, so they cannot make calls or receive SMS on their own. Verification codes go through a separate DuoPlus product called Cloud Number. DuoPlus also states that apps from mainland China are not supported.
For a proxy provider, the relevant part is the network. DuoPlus's help center says a cloud phone cannot connect to the internet until a proxy is set, and shows "not initialized" until then. Users buy proxy IPs from a proxy provider, add them to DuoPlus, and bind each cloud phone to its own proxy, which DuoPlus calls one device, one IP.
Key Use Cases
Managing social media accounts.
Teams run TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, Reddit, Telegram, and WhatsApp accounts in separate cloud phones, each with its own device and its own IP. DuoPlus also lists LINE, Zalo, and Tinder among the apps it supports.
Running e-commerce seller accounts.
Sellers keep storefront and seller accounts in their own phones. DuoPlus names Amazon, Shopee, and SHEIN among the platforms its users work with.
Mobile game account farming.
DuoPlus lists 24/7 game account farming as a use case, with game accounts kept running on cloud phones around the clock.
Live streaming.
DuoPlus supports live streaming from a cloud phone using a physical camera or a pushed video file, and lists live stream automation as a separate use case.
Airdrop farming and crypto.
Crypto users run wallet and airdrop accounts on separate phones, so one account's app data never sits on the same device as another's.
Affiliate marketing and ad accounts.
Affiliate marketers and media buyers keep ad accounts apart, and the proxy on each phone sets the country the ad platform sees.
App development and testing.
Developers test apps across Android versions, custom device models, and screen resolutions without owning each device.
How DuoPlus Works With CatProxies
DuoPlus controls the device side of each account, meaning the device model, MAC address, SIM and GPS data, apps, and storage. The proxy decides which IP address and location the apps see, and CatProxies supplies that proxy. Because the phone's SIM data, GPS, time zone, and language can follow the proxy IP, the proxy's country sets the country the whole phone presents.
| Task | DuoPlus role | CatProxies role |
| Running separate app accounts | Gives each account its own cloud phone, device model, and storage | Supplies the IP each phone connects through |
| Keeping one identity per account | Keeps the same device environment every time the phone starts | Supplies static ISP or dedicated ISP IPs that stay assigned to one phone |
| Matching location | Simulates SIM, base station, and GPS data from the proxy IP | Supplies IPs in the country the account needs |
| Apps that expect a phone network | Runs the Android app itself | Mobile proxies give the phone an IP from a mobile carrier network |
Setup happens inside DuoPlus, which accepts SOCKS5, HTTP, and HTTPS proxies. A single proxy is added under Proxies, then Add, either by pasting the full proxy string (the help center's example uses socks5://host:port:username:password) or by typing the host, port, username, and password, and it is checked before saving. Batch Add takes a list of proxies at once, checks them, and skips any that already exist in the proxy list. Each proxy is then bound to a phone on the phone's proxy setup screen, one phone at a time or for many phones from an import file, and the phone is powered on. CatProxies plans export ip:port:username:password credentials over HTTP and SOCKS5, so they work with both methods.
DuoPlus's own advice for TikTok is a static residential IP that is not shared by several devices or people. That lines up with dedicated ISP proxies, where each IP belongs to one customer.
There is no technical integration between the two products. A DuoPlus user adds CatProxies proxies to the cloud phones, and neither product depends on the other to function.
Who This Is Best For
DuoPlus suits people whose accounts live inside mobile apps rather than in a browser: social media teams running many TikTok or Instagram accounts, e-commerce sellers, mobile game farmers, airdrop farmers, and app testers who need many Android devices. Teams get shared phones with member permissions, and technical users get API and ADB access.
Dedicated ISP and static ISP proxies fit phones that hold one account for a long time, since both the device and the IP stay the same. Mobile proxies fit apps that expect traffic from a carrier network, and residential proxies with sticky sessions fit shorter tasks where a phone can take a new IP later. DuoPlus is less suited to anyone who needs iOS apps or apps from mainland China, and someone with a single account has little need for a cloud phone.
Pricing
DuoPlus charges for two things separately: the cloud phone itself, and the time the phone is switched on, which DuoPlus calls startup time. Paying yearly gives 15% off cloud phones and the monthly startup plan.
| Item | Price | Details |
| Free trial | $0 | 1 cloud phone for 30 days, with 30 minutes of startup time |
| Cloud phone | $2/month per phone, less on bigger orders | The pricing page shows up to 95.75% off at the highest volume, which is $0.085 per phone per month |
| Pay-as-you-go startup | $0.06 per 10 minutes per phone | Taken from the account balance only while a phone is on, capped at $1.20 per phone per day |
| Startup time package | $0.006/min, down to $0.0042/min | Packages from 2,000 to 1,000,000 minutes, used up to 200 minutes per phone per day |
| Monthly startup | $19.90/month, or $16.91/month billed yearly | Unlimited startups with no per-minute fee. One subscription runs one phone at a time, and several phones can take turns on it |
The help center gives an example of 100 cloud phones at $0.80 per month each with 5 monthly startup subscriptions, which comes to $179.50 per month in total.
CatProxies readers get a one-month free cloud phone with the code CatProxies when they sign up for DuoPlus through the partner link.
DuoPlus's refund policy says cloud phone purchases cannot be refunded once made. Prices are set by DuoPlus and may change. Verify current pricing and terms on the DuoPlus website before buying.
FAQ
Is DuoPlus free?
No. DuoPlus has a free trial with 1 cloud phone for 30 days and 30 minutes of startup time. After that, users pay for each cloud phone and for the time it is switched on, either per minute or with a $19.90 monthly startup plan.
Is there a DuoPlus promo code?
Yes. The code CatProxies gives a one-month free cloud phone when signing up through the CatProxies partner link.
Is a DuoPlus cloud phone a real phone or an emulator?
DuoPlus says its cloud phones run on real ARM hardware in the cloud, while emulators simulate the hardware in software. The phones have no physical SIM card, so calls and SMS are not available without DuoPlus's Cloud Number product.
Does DuoPlus need proxies?
Yes. A DuoPlus cloud phone has no internet connection until a proxy is configured, and each phone needs its own proxy. DuoPlus supports SOCKS5, HTTP, and HTTPS proxies, bought from a proxy provider such as CatProxies.
Which proxies work best with DuoPlus?
Dedicated ISP and static ISP proxies suit phones that hold one account for a long time, and DuoPlus itself advises IPs that are not shared for TikTok. Mobile proxies suit apps that expect a carrier network. CatProxies provides mobile, residential, ISP, datacenter, and IPv6 proxies, and the right type depends on the app and the account activity.
Does DuoPlus run iPhone apps?
No. DuoPlus cloud phones run Android 10, 11, 12, or 15, and there is no iOS version.
Is CatProxies part of DuoPlus?
No. CatProxies and DuoPlus are separate products with no technical integration. A DuoPlus user adds CatProxies proxies to the cloud phones independently, and neither product depends on the other to function.
