Questions
How do I check if an IP is a proxy or VPN?
Paste the IP above and press Check IP. We compare it with proxy and VPN databases, VPN companies' own server lists, datacenter ranges and public blocklists, and show what they found.
What is a good IP trust score?
Every IP starts at 100. A known VPN loses 80, a datacenter network 20, and block or spam lists up to 50. A score of 90 or more (grade A) looks like a normal visitor to most sites.
What is the difference between residential, ISP and datacenter IPs?
Residential IPs belong to home internet lines, ISP IPs are static ranges from real internet providers, and datacenter IPs belong to hosting and cloud companies. Sites trust home and mobile IPs the most.
Why do IP location databases disagree?
Each database draws its own map of the internet, and address ranges change hands often. We ask several and show where they agree, with a warning when sites may see a different country.
What is a native IP?
An IP that is registered in the same country where it is used. A non-native IP is registered abroad, and some strict sites notice that.
Is this IP lookup free?
Yes. Quick checks are free and unlimited. A Full check asks more databases and is free too: 3 a day without an account, 50 a day with a free account.
